iTravel back to the early 2000s with nostalgic iParty

For one night only, Ithaca College students were invited by the Student Activities Board to step through a time machine back to the year 2000 to reminisce about their childhoods and share old memories with new college friends.

Walking through the James J. Whalen Center for Music, one can be greeted by a harmonious blend of instruments and vocals. In the evening, however, a group of students occupy the Brown Family Jazz Chamber Music Room, tied together by one thing: jazz.

Ithaca College's Project Look Sharp receives grant

With the rise of social media and the fast-paced spread of information, librarians are now being asked to teach about the hidden messages in the media. Ithaca College’s Project Look Sharp, a non-profit dedicated to educating others on media literacy, plans to work with librarians to do just that.

Students express need in more mental health services at college

Ithaca College junior Caroline Mannion said much of her “typical” college experience was warped by the COVID-19 pandemic. Adding generalized anxiety, depression and anorexia disorders, Mannion said, only made things more difficult.
